According to the public relations report of the university, the team of Amol University of Special Modern Technologies (Robonovin) succeeded in achieving the fourth place in the international RoboCup competition at the Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch.
The robot, built by the students of Amol University of Special Modern Technologies, features path recognition, traffic sign anddriving guidance, turn signals, obstacle detection, and smart parking capabilities.
This student team, consisting of Amirhossein Abdolahi, Kamal Asadollah Nia, Hossein Heydari, and Zahra Golij, was sent by the Scientific Association of Engineering Modern Technologies under the supervision of Dr. Rasoul Hajizadeh and Dr. Afra Vahidi Shams.
