According to the University Public Relations Office, citing the Vice Presidency for Education and Research, the Times Higher Education (THE) international ranking system—one of the most prestigious authorities for evaluating universities worldwide—has announced the 2026 university ranking results. Based on this report, Amol University of Special Modern Technologies (AUSMT) has, for the first time, succeeded in being included in this prestigious ranking system at both the Asia and World levels and has attained the status of “Reporter.”
The presence of AUSMT in the “Reporter” category means that the university has entered the rigorous evaluation process of Times Higher Education, and its performance data are being reviewed alongside those of the leading universities in Asia and the world. It is noteworthy that inclusion in this list reflects the university’s high potential and transparency in providing statistical and performance data to international organizations.
Students, researchers, and interested individuals can visit the official Times Higher Education website to view the university’s status in the Asia University Rankings and the World University Rankings.
By accurately identifying its strengths and areas in need of improvement—particularly in the quantity and quality of international publications—AUSMT has begun its comprehensive planning to move beyond the “Reporter” stage and enter the main ranking list in the coming years.
Strengthening research cores and providing enhanced support for highly cited faculty publications are among the university’s main priorities for achieving prominence in global rankings.
