According to the Public Relations Office of the University, the ceremony commemorating Teacher’s Day and honoring the status of university professors was held at the central organization of Amol University of Special Modern Technologies (AUSMT). The event was attended by Dr. Jafari, Acting President of the University, members of the Board of Directors, faculty members, and the esteemed presence of Dr. Ebrahim Salehi Omran, President of the University of Mazandaran.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Dr. Ranjbar, Vice President for Education and Research, congratulated the attendees on Teacher’s Day and honored the distinguished status of professors. He presented a comprehensive and detailed report on the scientific and educational activities of the university’s faculties. He also outlined the current status of the university over the past year in terms of the number of faculty members, students at different academic levels, approved academic programs, academic ranks of professors, and other related matters.

Referring to the success of the university graduates in entrance examinations for postgraduate studies, including Master’s and Ph.D. programs, and their admission to prestigious universities across the country, Dr. Ranjbar described these achievements as evidence of the high quality of education and the dedicated efforts of the university’s faculty members.
During the ceremony, Dr. Jafari, Acting President of the University, once again congratulated the academic community and intellectuals on Teacher’s Day and emphasized the irreplaceable role of teachers and professors in the expansion of knowledge, the promotion of the rich Iranian-Islamic culture, and the education of the younger generation.

In another part of the ceremony, Dr. Ebrahim Salehi Omran, President of the University of Mazandaran, congratulated all teachers and university professors across the country on this occasion. He discussed the scientific and personal characteristics of the late Professor Morteza Motahhari, describing him as a symbol of rationality, intellectual freedom, awareness of contemporary needs, and an outstanding role model for the academic community.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, outstanding faculty members of the university were honored in various categories, including distinguished educators, distinguished cultural figures, top professors of faculties, and faculty members who had achieved academic promotion.
