AUSMT Ranked in the QS World Ranking System for the First Time

According to the Public Relations Office of the university and the Vice-Presidency for Education and Research, Amol University of Special Modern Technologies (AUSMT) has been listed for the first time in the internationally recognized QS Ranking System. This remarkable achievement enhances the scientific and research standing of the university.

Dr. Nazari, Vice President for Education and Research, announced that according to the official report of the QS World Ranking System, AUSMT has been placed in the 741–750 range in the QS Asia University Rankings 2026, and has also achieved rank 224 in the South Asia category, being recognized as a New Entrant.

He further emphasized that QS is one of the most credible and widely recognized global university ranking systems. It evaluates thousands of higher education institutions annually based on key indicators such as academic reputation, employer reputation, faculty-to-student ratio, citations per faculty, and internationalization.

Dr. Nazari also highlighted that this success will enhance the international reputation of the university, enabling AUSMT to attract outstanding students and researchers from both inside and outside the country. Furthermore, it paves the way for developing academic and research collaborations with leading universities worldwide and strengthening the university’s position in the field of science and technology. This achievement will also play an important role in the continuous improvement of educational and research quality through alignment with global standards.

This major success is the result of the dedicated efforts of all members of the AUSMT community, especially the faculty, researchers, and hardworking staff. It is hoped that, through continued progress, the university will soon achieve an even more prominent position in the global academic arena.
